We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team. As a member of our team, you will provide essential life enrichment services for residents.

About the Role:
  • Encourage resident choice and participation in individual and group activities
  • Assist in the design, delivery, and monitoring of group and individual life enrichment services and activities
  • Implement innovative events and activities for residents and involve the wider community, volunteers, and residents' family and friends

Requirements:

  • Kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Certificate III or Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Individual Support or similar
  • Able to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
