About the Role:

Beaumont People is seeking a highly skilled People Relations Advisor to support HR operations across the organisation. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the advocacy and marketing teams to enhance employer branding and engage potential talent.
  • Work closely with the communication teams to effectively promote the brand on various platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR administration, coordination, and recruitment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • A collaborative approach and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • The ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team environment.
  • A proactive attitude, with a focus on trust-building and mitigating risk.
