People Relations Specialist

About the Role:
Beaumont People is seeking a highly skilled People Relations Advisor to support HR operations across the organisation. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives.
- Collaborate with the advocacy and marketing teams to enhance employer branding and engage potential talent.
- Work closely with the communication teams to effectively promote the brand on various platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR administration, coordination, and recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- The ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude, with a focus on trust-building and mitigating risk.
