\Lead Payroll Administrator\

In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of payroll functions ensuring accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality are maintained within established guidelines while meeting all timelines.

\About the Role\
  • \
  • The Payroll Team Leader is responsible for providing an efficient payroll service to the organisation, including the timely and accurate processing of all payments.\
  • You will manage and resolve employee pay queries and support the team in completing this task.\
  • Engage with all levels of the organisation constructively and collaboratively to deliver high quality payroll services.\
  • Lead the team to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and customer service, including provision of effective self-service tools.\
  • To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience and knowledge of personnel and payroll administration in a fully delegated environment, with the ability to work within a demanding and changing payroll environment.\
  • This role provides the opportunity for an experienced Payroll Team Lead or Senior Officer to take the step-up into a Team Lead position working with a supportive management team.\
  • The salary commences from $95,000 + Super and negotiable across the band.\
