Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished Remuneration Expert who excels in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of comprehensive reward programs including salary reviews, job evaluations, and benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide insights, identify trends, and present recommendations.
  • Enhance processes, trackers, and reporting to increase accuracy, efficiency, and stakeholder confidence.

Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical and data storytelling skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality work that meets the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Strong systems mindset with the ability to follow and improve standard operating procedures.
  • ASX-listed experience and Hay/Korn Ferry job evaluation knowledge are highly regarded.
