Performance and Reward Programs Lead
This role is responsible for leading and delivering performance and reward programs across Australia & New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent data storytelling skills, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.
About the Role:
- Lead all aspects of the ANZ reward program including salary review, job evaluations and benchmarking, STIs, reporting, and performance.
- Work closely with the Global Head of Reward across a broad and global reward environment that includes LTIs and equity, and mobility.
- Analyse and interpret data to provide insights, identify trends, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Continuously improve processes, trackers and reporting to increase accuracy, efficiency and stakeholder confidence.

- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with the capability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
