Job Title: Associate Strategy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate Strategy Director. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, consumer behavior, and brand strategy.

The role requires the ability to build bridges between brands and consumers, implementing end-to-end customer experience strategies, and developing distinct audience segmentations.

Key responsibilities include developing strategy solutions from brand strategy to tactical social, content, tone of voice documents, and influencer strategies, as well as supporting teams in crafting social content, outreach, and trendjacking posts.

Candidates with 7+ years of experience as a strategist in a creative advertising agency are encouraged to apply. Additionally, we value individuals who can deliver work independently, actively participate and lead collaborative sessions, and execute a strong sense of priority level and urgency.
