The role of the Brand Lead is to develop and execute a strategic brand positioning and identity across all consumer brands.

About This Role

This leader will define and grow brand equity, ensuring each of our brands delivers consistent and compelling messages to customers and stakeholders in a competitive environment.

The successful candidate will manage a team of brand strategists and campaign leads, building a cohesive team culture that fosters creativity, collaboration, and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing brand strategy across all consumer brands
  • Owning and managing the annual brand planning process
  • Overseeing brand governance, architecture, and guidelines
  • Leading integrated campaigns, brand partnerships, and key initiatives
  • Partnering with Product, Media, Digital, and Retail teams to bring brand strategies to life
  • Managing external creative agencies
  • Developing budgets to drive measurable impact
  • Engaging internal stakeholders to champion the role of brand in achieving business growth
