Service Technician Role

This is a full-time position that involves working with customers across various locations to install, maintain, and repair dental equipment.

You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality customer service and technical support.

The role requires the ability to travel regularly throughout Sydney Metro and Regional NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair dental equipment on-site and in-house.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to promote service offerings such as preventive maintenance.
  • Accurately manage service reporting, inventory, and invoicing via our CRM and PDA system.
  • Maintain company-supplied tools, vehicle, and equipment to professional standards.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by following OHS procedures and proactively reporting risks.
Requirements:
  • Certificate or qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanics, or Appliance Repair.
  • Electrical Licence (Full or Restricted) - advantageous but not essential.
  • Radiation Safety Licence - advantageous but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a field service, appliance repair, or technical support role.
  • Sound troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Valid driver's licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Excellent attention to detail and fault-finding ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced computer proficiency (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent time and workload management.
