We are seeking a skilled Equipment Installation and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical service team, you will be responsible for installing, calibrating, maintaining and repairing dental equipment on-site and in-house.

About the Role
  • Install, calibrate, maintain and repair dental equipment, ensuring high-quality customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to internal teams and external clients, building lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to promote service offerings such as preventive maintenance, driving business growth.
  • Manage service reporting, inventory and invoicing via our CRM and PDA system, streamlining operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Hold a certificate or qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanics, or Appliance Repair.
  • Possess an Electrical Licence (Full or Restricted) - advantageous but not essential.
  • Have experience in a field service, appliance repair or technical support role.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent attention to detail and fault-finding ability, with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, with expertise in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Ability to work autonomously, with strong time management and workload organization skills.
