Device Service Manager Job Overview

The State Device Service Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of on-site services across regional activities.

This position demands a strong ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including partners and internal teams, to manage regional operations and deliver exceptional service results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Establish and nurture relationships with external and internal customers
  • Monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance against established targets for assigned regions
  • Analyze issues contributing to missed targets and implement corrective actions
  • Effectively manage expenses to optimize resources
  • Be accountable for the physical assets under management, including tools, test equipment, notebooks, phones, and service parts
  • Monitor parts usage and service part returns

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Field Service Delivery Management is essential
  • Previous experience in service delivery/management for ATMs and IT Technology is highly desirable
  • Excellent skills in planning, time management, multi-tasking, people leadership, and decision-making are required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • Able to influence stakeholders without direct ownership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is expected

Licenses and Certifications

  • Valid driver's license is mandatory
  • Security License (preferred)
  • Firearm license (preferred)
