About the opportunity

We are pleased to invite applications for the newly created position of Site Services Coordinator.
The role will be FIFO from the Adelaide charter terminal direct to site on a 4:3 roster.
Reporting to the General Manager, Honeymoon, you'll oversee site travel, village operations, and warehouse/logistics services.
A key responsibility will be to manage third party contracts covering flights, accommodation, catering, village services, and site logistics (including warehousing, freight, and materials movement), and provide support to the site administration team.
You'll have a broad scope of responsibilities, some of which are listed below.
In addition to having the required capability, we're looking for someone who can develop great relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally, at all levels.
You'll be proactive and resilient, experienced in dealing with the challenges of working in a remote environment.

Travel & mobilisation management
- Liaise with the site administrators and manage travel logistics for all site personnel.
- Maintain relationships and service agreements with travel providers and charter flight contractors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies responsible for state owned roads, and station owners for privately held roads.
- Monitor runway condition.
- Ensure compliance with CASA regulations, cost efficiency, and service levels.
- Ensure rosters and flight manifests are up to date and aligned with operational requirements.
Mine Village Operations
- Manage the performance of the village service provider, including catering and cleaning services.
- Oversee and review contracts for accommodation and village management services, ensuring compliance with service levels and safety standards.
- Develop processes and systems to coordinate and manage room allocations, occupancy planning, and site entry logistics.
Warehousing
- Lead a small site warehousing team
- Ensure the efficient and accurate movement of incoming stock, inventory management, and deployed stock.
- Manage stock and re-order levels to ensure availability and maintain critical stock inventory.
- Oversee freight and logistics services to and from site.
- Ensure the accurate tracking and reporting of stock and site logistics movements.
- Participate in supplier reviews and negotiate improvements in service delivery and value.
About You
What you'll need:
- Significant experience in a similar role in the mining industry.
- The proven ability to manage small teams.
- Experience managing and negotiating third party contracts.
- Proven experience in coordinating travel, accommodation, logistics and warehousing.
- The proven ability to manage service providers and contracts and resolve operational challenges.
- A keen eye for detail, excellent organisational capability and the ability to prioritise.
- High level proficiency with the MS Office suite and warehouse/travel management systems.
While not essential, the following will be highly regarded:
- A sound knowledge of Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations, particularly regarding remote sites and runways.
- A working knowledge of the Department of Infrastructure & Transport (DPTI) regulations pertaining to roads and access to roads in remote locations.
- Experience liaising with private landowners.
