Program Administrator - Education

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Administrator to oversee the delivery of our educational programs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with experience in academic program management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and deliver high-quality academic programs that meet industry standards.
  • Staff Support: Mentor teaching staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide guidance on curriculum development and instructional methods.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily program operations, including timetabling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure compliance with academic policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare reports for academic committees and participate in program reviews and updates.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in education or a related field; a PhD is preferred.
  • Proven experience in academic leadership roles, with a strong background in education policy, procedures, and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
  • Familiarity with relevant education policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Experience maintaining academic quality and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
