ERP Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned ERP project manager to lead the implementation of our NetSuite ERP system. This is a 12-month fixed term contract full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in project management, with a strong background in managing project budgets and financial reporting. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of enterprise technology and project delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the NetSuite ERP implementation, from planning and execution to risk mitigation and reporting.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Track and report on project financials, including monthly forecasts and analysis of budget variances.
  • Champion change management initiatives, including user training and process rollout.
  • Oversee a cross-functional team and ensure strong coordination across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years' experience in project management, with NetSuite ERP implementation experience essential.
  • Proven capability in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise tech and project delivery frameworks.
  • Degree-qualified in IT, Business, or a related field.
