Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our major ERP implementation project.

Job Description

This is a senior-level position that requires excellent communication skills, strong documentation and training delivery skills, and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

  • ERP Implementation: Lead the full ERP implementation from end to end, ensuring high-quality data migration and reporting setup.
  • Process Alignment: Liaise between internal teams and the ERP implementation partner to align processes across Finance, Manufacturing, and Operations.
  • User Training: Deliver user training and support, along with clear documentation.
  • Post-Launch Support: Monitor post-launch system performance and resolve issues.

This role will provide an opportunity to grow and extend into future roles, contributing to small systems and process improvement projects.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or similar, with proven experience in ERP implementation, particularly in manufacturing environments. Strong Excel skills, Power BI or SQL experience is a bonus.
