ERP Project Lead

Certus Recruitment Group is seeking a seasoned NetSuite ERP expert to spearhead the implementation of a comprehensive business system. This role is crucial in delivering the project on time and within budget, while aligning with broader strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the NetSuite ERP implementation, from planning and execution to risk mitigation and reporting.
  • Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Track and report on project financials, including monthly forecasts and analysis of variances.
  • Drive change management initiatives, including user training and process rollout.
  • Led a cross-functional team and ensured strong coordination across departments.
About You:
  • 5–7+ years' experience in project management, with NetSuite ERP implementation expertise essential.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology and project delivery frameworks.
  • Degree-qualified in IT, Business, or a related field.
