Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and provide solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Design and Implementation: Prepare and assist with functional and technical design workshops, including design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to and support process improvement automation, including solutions pros/cons and risk management.
  • Implementation and Delivery: Implement and deliver client solutions, adhering to ServiceNow technical best practices and standards.
  • Technical Delivery: Perform hands-on technical delivery, including development, testing, and implementation of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions using technical skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and Integrations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure technical deliverables to customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience across ServiceNow Design and Development within a client-facing role environment.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Hands-on experience beyond ITSM into ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, and Field Service Management.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, problem-solving, analytical, and customer presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Solid experience across requirements gathering, process documentation, solution designs, and detailed requirements.
  • Agile Methodologies: Understanding of and ability to adapt to both waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in scripting, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and REST API integration experience.
Qualifications
  • Education: IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science.
  • ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS, ITSM + 1 other product CIS.
  • Business Certifications: ITIL Foundation Certified, ServiceNow sales & presales accreditation in 2+ Product lines.
  • Security Clearance: Baseline / NV1 or NV2 security clearance.
