Key Responsibilities- Lead and own the customer onboarding process to ensure seamless integration with our systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective onboarding strategies.
- Provide detailed advice on technology and implementation to customers, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize our solutions.
- Configure and implement new customers, re-configuring and re-implementing existing customers as needed.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions-focused support to customers.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities while meeting customer expectations.
- Experience dealing with difficult or high-pressure situations, with strong negotiation skills.
- Detailed knowledge of the corporate business sector and how it relates to the travel industry as a whole.
- Ability to lead meetings and customer training, engaging all levels within the business.
- Professional and respectful in dealing with customers, with a strong ability to build trust in relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience in one or all of the following systems: Serko/Savi, Lumina, Agentport, Sabre, and Concur.
- Travel industry experience, with a strong understanding of the corporate business sector.
