About the Opportunity

This role is an exciting opportunity to join StudentUniverse as a key member of our Corporate Traveller team. As an Onboarding Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding experiences for our new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and own the customer onboarding process to ensure seamless integration with our systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective onboarding strategies.
  • Provide detailed advice on technology and implementation to customers, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize our solutions.
  • Configure and implement new customers, re-configuring and re-implementing existing customers as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions-focused support to customers.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities while meeting customer expectations.
  • Experience dealing with difficult or high-pressure situations, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of the corporate business sector and how it relates to the travel industry as a whole.
  • Ability to lead meetings and customer training, engaging all levels within the business.
  • Professional and respectful in dealing with customers, with a strong ability to build trust in relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in one or all of the following systems: Serko/Savi, Lumina, Agentport, Sabre, and Concur.
  • Travel industry experience, with a strong understanding of the corporate business sector.
