
Occupational Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering a comprehensive occupational health nursing service across various client sites.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on role that requires strong clinical and advisory skills. You will be responsible for delivering occupational health services, including routine and safety-critical medicals, pre-placement medicals, and substance misuse screening. You will also conduct health surveillance assessments as required and maintain professional and clinical standards in line with NMC guidance and procedures.
You will work closely with the Occupational Health team to promote employee health, wellbeing, and safety, and support the development of internal and client policies. You will also provide case management both face-to-face and remotely, and assist the administrative team with data input and related support tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in Occupational Health, ideally within sectors such as Oil and Gas, construction, local authorities, or manufacturing. You will be a qualified and registered nurse with the NMC, and possess strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years' Occupational Health experience
- Proven case management capability both face-to-face and remotely
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office
