Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive health services, including routine medicals, pre-placement screenings, and substance misuse assessments. You will work closely with clients to identify and mitigate workplace health risks, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Deliver high-quality occupational health services, adhering to current legislation and best practice standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Support the promotion of employee health, wellbeing, and safety through proactive engagement and education.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective health strategies, addressing specific business needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Occupational Health, preferably in sectors such as Oil and Gas, construction, local authorities, or manufacturing.
- Proven case management capability, with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- NMC registration as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (OH) or a relevant Occupational Health qualification.
- Experience with clinical case management and travel health qualifications.
