Program Development Manager

The delivery of high-quality educational programs is overseen by the Program Development Manager. Key responsibilities include developing curriculum, delivering courses, assessing students, ensuring programs meet industry standards, mentoring teaching staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining accreditation and regulatory standards.

  • Develop and deliver educational programs that meet academic standards.
  • Mentor and support teaching staff to ensure excellent student outcomes.
  • Manage program delivery, including timetabling and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with academic policies and maintain accreditation standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Master's degree in social work or a related welfare discipline, such as counselling or psychology.

  • Familiarity with education policies, procedures, and standards.
