Job Description

As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving complaints efficiently and effectively. Your expertise in insurance claims handling, stakeholder management, and analytical skills will enable you to identify process improvements and provide solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop industry best practices by fostering strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing transparent reasons for decisions made in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cultivate working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective complaint resolution.
  • Ensure all complaints are managed within legislative requirements, company policies, and procedures, including adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and reduce complaints through process improvements.
  • Anticipate and address customer needs proactively.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in managing complex insurance claims and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and coaching others for success.
  • Prior experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Relevant industry certifications or qualifications (desirable).
  • Knowledge of relevant industry laws and regulations.
