Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional outcomes in aged care reforms and regional stewardship measures.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience, and capabilities to effectively manage a team with multiple functions across a range of health and aged care program areas.

About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and their families by leading the implementation of key initiatives and programs that support aged care services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development and refinement of policies, as well as analyzing and interpreting local evidence to inform program effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team to deliver results-oriented outcomes in aged care reforms and regional stewardship measures.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement Commonwealth-funded health and aged care programs.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external partners to drive positive change.
  • Representing the organization at engagement activities and providing strategic guidance to stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of the Australian Government's aged care policies and programs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • A high degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights.
