Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Residential Aged Care Home Manager.

This is a pivotal role for a seasoned Registered Home Manager with proven leadership in residential aged care management, who can balance strategic oversight, regulatory compliance, and resident-centred care.

You will oversee a dedicated team of approximately 100 clinical and support staff, ensuring excellence in care delivery to all residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire and mentor a large multidisciplinary workforce, ensuring best practice and high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive operational performance of the home including accreditation, compliance, and financial sustainability.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with residents, families, staff, healthcare providers, contractors, and the wider community.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, diversity and continuous improvement in aged care services.
  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver on strategic goals, ensuring alignment with organisational values.
About You

We are looking for an established leader who brings:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Extensive experience as a Home Manager or equivalent leadership role in Residential Aged Care.
  • Strong knowledge of aged care quality standards, compliance frameworks, and sector reform.
  • A track record in financial and workforce management, including budgeting, rostering, and HR oversight.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and lead through change.
  • A passion for resident-centred care and the ability to foster a supportive and high-performing team culture.
