The Role

You'll drive our commercial entry into Australia, building pipelines, closing deals, and establishing the early customer base. You'll shape our positioning and ecosystem locally while working closely with the global sales and product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell and Win Early Customers: Lead the sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to closing and onboarding.
  • Build Pipeline & Ecosystem: Develop executive level relationships with AML consultants, resellers, and integration partners as channel and lead-gen engines.
  • Local Positioning: Adapt messaging and product positioning for the Australian market, ensuring we tell the right story to the right audiences.
  • Partnership Development: Establish additional strategic partnerships across the ecosystem to accelerate awareness and trust.
  • Launch & Account Management: Take accountability for go-lives, ensure early customer success, and manage ongoing relationships with strategic customers.
  • Market Intelligence: Capture and analyse win/loss reasons , customer feedback, and usage insights from across the team.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to align sales strategy, share best practices, and leverage resources.

  • Proven SaaS leader with a track record of winning new business in professional services or regulated markets.
