Housekeeping All Rounder

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping All Rounder to join our dynamic Housekeeping team at the Novotel Surfers Paradise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by attending to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests
- Clean and maintain public areas, including corridors, lifts, and service areas, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests
- Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve brand standards and ensure a seamless service
- Transferring dirty linen and removing rubbish and recycling in a safe and efficient manner
- Safe handling and use of chemicals in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel environment
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per our business demands
- Valid Australian work rights, as we are not offering sponsorship
