Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at the Novotel Surfers Paradise. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards, including changing bed linen, making beds, and restocking amenities.
- Attend to guest enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Carry out allocated cleaning duties to achieve brand standards throughout the hotel.
- Transfer dirty linen and remove rubbish and recycling.
- Safe handling and use of chemicals.
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Understanding of correct chemical usage and manual handling techniques to ensure safe work practices.
