We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping All Rounder to join our dynamic Housekeeping team at the Novotel Surfers Paradise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in our guest rooms, corridors, and service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to the highest standards
  • Assisting with laundry and linen duties
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
  • Adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel with 200+ rooms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
  • Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
