About the Role:

We seek a Head, Regulatory and Compliance to join our team.

The Head, Regulatory and Compliance ensures our clients have a great experience and is accountable for delivering regulatory and compliance outcomes for us and assigned clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role, leading and being responsible for the regulatory and compliance aspects of our business.

You will be responsible for identifying and managing risks associated with the delivery of financial services both internally and to our clients.

Your responsibilities include overseeing, managing, and operating our risk, compliance, and statutory reporting obligations.

You will also serve as our lead AML/CTF Compliance Officer and be appointed as an AFSL Responsible Manager on a GXE AFS Licence.

  • Embody a high-performance culture of execution, setting clear performance goals and KPIs, and measuring and monitoring progress.
  • Deliver an incredible client experience through a client-led, high-touch, service-oriented approach.
  • Represent the client within us and represent us to our clients and service providers.
  • Deliver thought leadership with clients, service providers, and in the market.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Client Advocacy skills.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in managing risk and compliance functions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work at the speed of the client and adapt to changing priorities.
