Regulatory Change Lead

Are you an experienced regulatory expert looking for a short-term assignment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Change Lead to support a Regulatory Implementation Program in a government entity.
About the Role This government entity has recently developed a Regulatory Impact Statement and the proposed regulations are set to take effect on July 31. As the Regulatory Change Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of these regulations by:
- Project managing the end-to-end design and implementation of the workstream.
- Developing change management strategies to align with new regulations.
- Identifying potential risks associated with implementation.
- Providing policy options and integrating legal advice for senior management.
Key Attributes & Experience With tight timeframes, we need a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running. We're seeking someone who:
- Has senior-level policy expertise, strategic thinking, and strong skills in policy formulation.
- Has experience working with senior leadership in state government and can navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- An expert with regulatory reform processes and has previously coordinated regulatory implementation activities.
