Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a Home Care Assistant, you will deliver individualised, personalised care and assistance to clients in their own homes.

Our clients rely on us to provide high-quality care that enables them to live independently and maintain their quality of life. You will work closely with clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
  • Monitoring and reporting on client's condition
  • Assisting with transportation
  • Performing household cleaning
  • Supporting personal hygiene
