Support Worker

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and helping our clients maintain their independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Support Worker, you will need:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic first aid training and experience working with older adults
