About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide in-home care and support to our elderly and disabled clients. This role plays a vital part in maintaining their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Providing domestic assistance, including light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities, offering companionship and emotional support.
  • Monitoring client well-being and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety protocols to guarantee high standards of care.

Requirements

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Aged Care or Disability Support.
  • A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Valid Aged Care and NDIS Check.
  • Police clearance (completed in the last 6 months).
  • COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccine required.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Manual Handling skills.
  • Pet friendly (clients have a dog, cat, and birds).
