Care and Support Workers

At Anglicare, we are seeking dedicated Care and Support Workers to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with purpose to enhance wellbeing and dignity for aged community members in Tasmania.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A caring personality and excellent communication skills
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
  • A valid driver's license
  • Tasmania Police Schedule 1 National Police Certificate (not older than 12 months and not an annulled record)
  • An International Police Check if applicable
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration (employment category)
  • A satisfactory Anglicare-assessed medical
