About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey.

You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers from their initial inquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized and engaging customer interactions from inquiry through to delivery
  • Showcase deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
  • Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups
  • Utilize digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints

  • Proven experience in an automotive sales role is essential
  • Specific experience with Utes and Trucks, and an understanding of customer needs in this segment is essential
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the products we represent
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms
  • Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu)
