As a key leader in our organisation, the Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the safe, secure and efficient operation of Distribution Centres (DCs) in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment, development and motivation of staff to continually improve processes and performance that support the achievement of strategic objectives in respect of service, quality and cost.
  • Work closely with the regional and global inventory team to deliver an effective and efficient implementation of a specific inventory and Supply Chain strategy within the markets.
  • Achieve continuous improvement by optimising service and quality while minimising cost.
  • Develop a high performing and highly engaged team through clear leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative and statutory requirements.

In this role, you will drive the development of our existing facility to maximise capacity, maintain a strong health and safety culture, and align inventory and Supply Chain strategies with regional and global goals to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead cross-functional teams. They will have a proven track record of achieving results-driven outcomes and driving business growth through innovation and collaboration.
