About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer - Civil position that requires an experienced project delivery professional to lead technical aspects across multiple areas in the project management framework.

This role involves exposure to projects at every phase from tender through to delivery, with opportunities to upgrade critical transmission infrastructure as part of the green energy transition.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of approximately $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scoping, coordinating, and delivering projects from proposal through execution to close-out, ensuring technical requirements are met while meeting scheduling, budgeting, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing overall technical leadership on engineering aspect projects
  • Leading and developing a team of professionals to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Managing the allocation, utilisation, and performance of team members reporting to the role
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring unwavering commitment to delivering projects safely

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Civil Engineering or Construction-related degree
  • Project Management and/or Construction Management experience delivering design and construction works
  • Experience managing all facets of project delivery across multiple projects from initiation to close-out
