Care Team Leader Position

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Care Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of Community Care staff who provide direct care to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support your team in delivering high-quality care to clients
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Care Managers, Clinical Care Managers, Client Liaison Managers, and Regional Area Managers, as required
  • Manage recruitment, training, and development of new Care Workers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Aged Care (desirable) or similar degree
  • Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience
  • Knowledge of Home Care Packages Program, CHSP services, Aged Care Quality Standards, and Commonwealth Home Support Programme
  • Experience in performance coaching and management of a team in a multi-site environment
  • Current driver's licence and safe driving record
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and computer skills
  • Empathy and patience
