Critical Care Nursing Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to join our critical care team as a Clinical Nurse Consultant.

The successful candidate will provide advanced nursing care and clinical consultancy for deteriorating patients and in-hospital resuscitation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centred care, lead quality improvement, education, and clinical governance initiatives, and support flexible 24/7 service delivery across the ICU network.

  • Deliver advanced nursing care and clinical consultancy for deteriorating patients and in-hospital resuscitation.

  • Support flexible 24/7 service delivery across the ICU network.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with NMBA; postgraduate study in critical care highly desirable.
  • Skills in managing complex, deteriorating patients with strong clinical judgment.
  • Effective communication and mentoring skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a flexible roster.
