Care Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our care team and provide exceptional guidance to our community care staff.

  • Lead a team of Community Care staff in delivering tailored services to clients, while ensuring high-quality outcomes within budget.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams as required, utilizing your expertise in Home Care Packages, CHSP services, Aged Care Quality Standards, and Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
  • Mentor and support new Care Workers, ensuring they have the necessary training, resources, and development plans in place.

About You:

  • A Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience.
  • Performance coaching skills and experience managing a team in a multi-site environment.
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites and services.
