Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or recruitment and the ability to inspire and motivate others. They will be responsible for designing and delivering market-leading talent acquisition and retention programs that align with the Firm's people vision, culture, and strategy.

Job Description:

This role sits within our Talent team and involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process of our clerks and graduates, overseeing the smooth running of our summer & winter clerkship intakes and graduate programs, and working alongside our People consultants in leading the graduate rotations and evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment process of clerks and graduates
  • Overseeing the smooth running of summer & winter clerkship intakes and graduate programs
  • Working with People consultants on graduate rotations and evaluation processes
  • Facilitating discussions with key stakeholders
  • Designing and delivering engaging workshops and training sessions
  • Organising events, workshops, and networking opportunities
  • Building relationships with universities, law societies, and associations
  • Providing support and guidance to graduates and Partners
  • Collaborating with the team to develop innovative programs
