Delivering Staff Wellbeing for Community Youth Justice Teams
We are seeking an experienced clinician to lead the establishment of a new wellbeing program for our community youth justice teams. This is a key opportunity to drive culture change and improve staff health and wellbeing across the organisation.
The successful candidate will have expertise in delivering mental health and wellbeing support, as well as experience in facilitating supervision and reflective practice in complex environments. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote staff wellbeing, including psychological first aid in response to critical incidents.
This role is part of our ongoing commitment to creating a safe and healthy work environment for all staff. We encourage applicants with a passion for promoting staff wellbeing and driving organisational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement staff wellbeing strategies
- Facilitate supervision and reflective practice sessions
- Provide mental health and wellbeing support to staff
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of wellbeing
Requirements:
- Senior level experience in mental health and wellbeing support
- Expertise in facilitation and supervision
- Registration as a Psychologist or Membership of the Australian Association of Social Work
- Extensive clinical experience in managing complex cases
