Staff Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator

Our team seeks an experienced coordinator to support the overall wellbeing and experience of staff by coordinating a calendar of staff engagement and wellbeing events.
- Scope, plan, and deliver organisational wide initiatives such as staff wellbeing forums, RUOK? Day campaigns, staff awards, leadership forums, and focus groups.
- Oversight of the staff benefits program and response to queries from staff members.
- Contribution to the development and implementation of reward and recognition initiatives.
- Development of communication plans for key projects and wellbeing events.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of staff benefits and wellbeing initiatives with recommendations for improvement.
About You:
- A collaborative and effective communicator who can engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment with strong time management skills.
- Experience in co-ordinating organisational wide initiatives including project planning and delivery within set timelines.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or related field.
