As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving student outcomes and staff development.
The Assistant Principal – College Wellbeing and Staff Development is responsible for overseeing and reviewing key wellbeing policies and programs, including the Student Engagement & Wellbeing policy, Child Safe Policies and Mandatory Reporting processes.
You will lead the development and implementation of the college student management policy and processes, as well as oversee the planning and implementation of collective staff professional development programs.

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and reviewing key wellbeing policies and programs
- Leading the development and implementation of the college student management policy and processes
