**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse, including floors, offices, break rooms, and restrooms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent cleaning and organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain warehouse floors, offices, break rooms, and restrooms
  • Operate self-propelled scrubbing machinery and other cleaning equipment
  • Sweep, mop, spray, and wipe surfaces as needed
  • Restock supplies and materials
  • Perform perimeter checks to ensure facility security
  • Provide exceptional member service and assist with general upkeep of grounds and building
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals
  • Follow departmental procedures and standards for cleanliness and performance of duties

Requirements:

  • Ability to start at least 5.00am AND/OR finish late at night covering a 24 hour work week including weekends
  • Excellent cleaning and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
