Job Description

Sales and warehouse professionals play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trade centre. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, stock movements, and maintenance of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers in-store and in the warehouse
  • Stock movements and maintenance of inventory
  • Serve customers in the warehouse area, including loading vehicles with a forklift or manually as required
  • Ensure accurate documentation, labelling, and presentation of products
  • Warehouse operations, including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who possess strong work ethics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to approach and connect with customers confidently. Forklift licence is desirable, but not essential.
