We have an opening for a graduate or recently admitted lawyer to join our corporate team in Sydney.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in M&A, corporate, and related practice areas. You will work with experienced practitioners who are passionate about delivering exceptional results for clients.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks and projects, including private M&A, public M&A, equity capital markets, and corporate governance advice. You will also contribute to the development of our structured M&A Academy, led by market-leading practitioners.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should be eager to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
