We work with private equity and venture capital funds, large institutions, ASX listed companies, SME businesses, startups and founders across Australia and internationally.
We have a unique environment for lawyers, allowing them to develop more quickly than those working with national and international peers.
This includes: no billable hours targets; monthly bonus program of up to 50% of base salary that rewards finding solutions for clients; and leading development program including our structured M&A Academy led by market leading practitioners.
