Our expertise includes private M&A, public M&A, equity capital markets and corporate governance advice. We work with private equity and venture capital funds, large institutions, ASX listed companies, SME businesses, startups and founders across Australia and internationally.

We have a unique environment for lawyers, allowing them to develop more quickly than those working with national and international peers. This includes:

  • no billable hours targets;
  • monthly bonus program of up to 50% of base salary that rewards finding solutions for clients; and
  • leading development program including our structured M&A Academy led by market leading practitioners.

Role

We have an opportunity for a graduate or recently admitted lawyer to join our growing corporate team in Sydney. We are seeking a candidate with strong academic credentials who thrives in a team environment, demonstrates curiosity, and shows a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
