We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Desk Representative to be the face of our hotel and create lasting impressions for our guests.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of computer systems, and the ability to work under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional service, from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between
- Complete front office tasks, including selling hotel facilities, taking reservations, and maintaining guest accounts
- Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to external and internal guests
- Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standards
- Reconcile cashier floats at the completion of each shift
- Brief non-member guests on loyalty program features and benefits and encourage sign-up
- Previous customer service experience in a hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to resolve issues quickly
- Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
- Genuine customer service focus and dedication to making guests smile during their stay
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts (as requested)
