Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs to ensure smooth building operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas and plant rooms to identify potential issues.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for capital and operating expenditures.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant and equipment assets and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor contractor works to ensure high-quality completion with minimal disruption.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property managers, strata managers, and contractors.
  • Assist with financial management including managing budgets, procurement, work orders, coding, and invoicing.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with facilities management or related fields is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and grow within the role.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
